We want all of our residents at Quail Park to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. The Wellness Center, is managed by our partner in your care - Kaweah Delta Health Care District. Starting with the workout equipment which was designed with seniors in mind, the Wellness Center contributes to the health of all our residents. A registered nurse leads a team of volunteers and staff who plan wellness education events, fitness activities, care coordination services, massage therapy and even personal training in our fitness and exercise room. You can be seen by the Kaweah Delta lab technician for routine blood tests or have the nurse check your blood pressure in the Center’s equipped examination room. Residents are encouraged to retain their own personal physicians, or if they are new to the area, they can talk with the Wellness Center nurse for referrals to local area providers.

Assisted Living Care Program in The Lodge at Quail Park

Quail Park is designed to meet all our residents needs, now and in the future. If you don’t need the services of our Assisted Living department now, you might in the future, and our highly competent care staff is committed to each Quail Park resident’s well being. Assisted Living services are individually tailored by the Quail Park Services Team of professionals after an initial assessment and consultation with the resident, the family, the primary care provider or others. Our well trained staff,under the supervision of a Licensed Vocational Nurse, strives every day to help each resident engage in living well, to the best of their abilities, while being sensitive to each individual’s personal choices, independence and dignity. Our monthly fee structure for our Assisted Living program is based on the degree of need and frequency of interaction.* In addition to the basic service and amenity package, Assisted Living services may include:

• Medication monitoring
• Transferring and bathroom assistance
• Personal laundry
• Escorting to meals and activities
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Incontinence management
• Daily housekeeping
• Health care provider communications

Dementia Care Program in The Laurel Court at Quail Park

Residents of The Laurel Court at Quail Park receive an individualized plan of care provided by our trained staff in a home-like secure setting under the supervision of a Licensed Vocational Nurse. With a staff ratio of up to one care provider for every six residents, our trained staff provides optimal care and support for a quality of living not found elsewhere. The home-like Laurel Court features 12 private suites each with a private bathroom featuring barrier-free showers. In addition, Laurel Court has a spa room with a whirlpool Jacuzzi bath tub and a salon-style, professional hair-washing station. Our residents are free to walk in the large, secure, landscaped courtyard or participate in daily activities in our indoor common areas. We understand that it can be a difficult decision to move your loved one into a new environment for care. Your peace of mind in knowing that we will provide the best possible care while maintaining your loved one’s dignity is our highest priority.
